Guarantee

All instruments are fully checked up before leaving the workshop and are in perfect playing condition. I fully understand that you would like to try out the instrument in the comfort of your own home and hear it in a concert hall; show it to friends and to your teacher. For this reason I give a free trial period of up to 10 days. During this time it is the responsibility of the client to treat the instrument with the utmost care. However, it could be that for some reason, damage occurs and this is covered under my workshop insurance policy for the trial period. If after 10 days the instrument does not satisfy you, it must be returned either in person or shipped (at the client’s expense) back to violiniamati. If you decide that you like the instrument, then the financial aspect can be discussed but at this point it is up to the client to insure the instrument if so desired.
It is important for me that you enjoy the instrument that you have bought and I am only too happy to help out if there is some problem in the future. I have a fully equipped workshop and often minor repairs or set up problems can be resolved immediately if you are local. Shipping the instrument is also possible if you cannot reach my workshop.
